Marie Kiefer’s promotion reflects the firm’s continued investment in building strong people systems and operational structure. In her new role as Director of Human Resources & Administration, Marie will provide integrated leadership over human resources, compliance, and administrative functions—an intentionally designed structure that supports a field-based, project-driven organization. By aligning HR and administrative operations, this role promotes consistency, accountability, and a positive employee experience across both office and field teams.
