David brings more than 23 years of field and office experience in boundary, topographic, construction, control, highway, bridge, right-of-way, route and GPS Surveying, GIS and 3-D laser scanning.

He serves as a Regional Survey Manager based in our office in State College, PA. His experience includes project management, survey calculations, field management, safety, crew leadership, CAD drafting, property research and equipment maintenance. He is certified as an Envision Sustainability Professional by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure.

Some of his favorite projects include surveying the bottom of the channel of the Allegheny River in its remarkably deep northern reaches for a PennDOT bridge replacement project, scanning and modeling sign frames at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia so custom signs could be created, surveying a stream channel near State College so the channel could be protected from erosion, and teaching a PennDOT Construction Surveying class for PennDOT employees and consultants.
