Donald is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware; a Professional Planner in New Jersey, and Certified Photogrammetrist (ASPRS), with more than 40 years’ experience in the profession of surveying. He holds an AAS in Business administration from Bucks County Community College.

His experience includes holding Executive and Senior Management positions with several Engineering, Surveying and Mapping firms. This includes responsibility for Business Development, estimating and proposal preparation, Quality Assurance and Control, personnel supervision and staff development; administrative and project management for residential and commercial projects, as well as projects for governmental agencies.

He has served as President of the PA Society of Land Surveyors and is the recipient of the Surveyor of the Year award from PSLS.
