John is a registered Land Surveyor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with over 40 years’ experience in both field and office activities providing high quality surveying and mapping services in Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. His project experience includes all phases of commercial, industrial and residential land development projects from the planning stage through construction and final as-built surveys.
 
John has extensive experience with AutoCAD, data collection, property records research, township ordinance research, field boundary and topographic surveys and preparing site and subdivision plans.
 
John’s project experience includes City of Philadelphia Street Department surveys and construction projects, Philadelphia International Airport rebuilding and expansion projects, ARCO refinery expansion and facilities updating projects, construction surveys for large multi-zoned residential projects, surveys for acquisition and construction of a pipeline and dam for the Merrill Creek Project, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for the Essex County Resource Recovery Plant, various surveys for acquisition of conservation land and easements in Central New Jersey, and various surveys for school expansion projects.
 
At SAS, John has performed or coordinated survey deliverables for local, county, state and federal agencies as well as private sector clients in New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
