Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a Part-time Marketing Coordinator to be based in our Warrington PA office.
The Marketing Coordinator supports all aspects of Marketing Services with a focus on Digital Marketing, as well as Technical Writing, Content Creation, Database Updates, Social Media, Conference/Event Scheduling and Administration and assisting with Proposal Materials.

The Marketing Coordinator supports all aspects of Marketing Services with a focus on Digital Marketing, as well as Technical Writing, Content Creation, Database Updates, Social Media, Conference/Event Scheduling and Administration and assisting with Proposal Materials.
Essential Functions:
- Assembles proposal materials for prime and subcontracts.
- Plans, books, and coordinates conferences and trade show exhibits and staff registrations.
- Maintains and updates qualifications materials including development of personnel resumes and project profiles.
- Leads or assists with technical writing and content creation project and technology spotlights, proposals as well as qualifications materials including project profiles and staff resumes.
- Works within CRM system (BQE CORE) to update client data and opportunities, leads, and pipeline to ensure data accuracy.
- Participates in the editing and QA/QC process to ensure strict quality control for all marketing materials.
- Leads creation of content and graphics for corporate websites, publications, and social media.
- Supports corporate and client events, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Provides general marketing-related administrative support.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Education/Experience
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ years proposal coordination and marketing expertise preferred
- Experience in A/E/C industry preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license (any in US) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.
- In possession of appropriate documentation to legally gain and maintain employment in the US.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.

- High skill level with marketing software and graphics applications including Microsoft office software packages (Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, PhotoShop)
