WE ARE SEEKING A PART-TIME STAFF ACCOUNTANT TO BE BASED OUT OF OUR WARRINGTON, PA OFFICE
As the Staff Accountant, you will have a working knowledge of and capability to adhere to GAAP. You will oversee accounting and financial activities while embracing our CORE Values which include integrity, innovation, and focus. RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Manage the general ledger, and month-end and year-end closings.
▪ Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
▪ Work with Project Managers to estimate project costs and track allocation of funds.
▪ Track and maximize cash flow, manage the budget, and identify cost-cutting measures.
▪ Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation activities.
▪ Analyze and distribute AR, billing, and project account detail reports.
▪ Assist in reporting the company’s financial performance and projections to the Executive Team.
▪ Point of contact for external accounting firm. Monitor the firm’s tax return preparation and annual audits.
▪ Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
▪ Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
▪ 3+ years accounting experience ▪ Certified Public Accountant a plus
▪ Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and time-management skills
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Suite and experience with ADP and CORE BQE a plus.
▪ Ability to collaborate and work as a highly effective team player.
