PRINCIPAL

Shaheed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and also attended NJIT, studying Survey Engineering Technology. He is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in Pennsylvania and Delaware with over 25 years of field and office experience providing quality services to private individuals and firms as well as many government clients. This broad spectrum of experience includes large tract boundary and topographic projects, ALTA / NSPS Land Title surveys, 3D Laser Scanning, GPS survey control networks, utility mapping, riparian and wetlands surveys and construction surveys for numerous projects

​Shaheed has performed or coordinated surveys and/or laser scanning deliverables for local, county, state and federal agencies as well as private sector clients in Florida, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Texas.

He founded SAS Geospatial in 2013 with the goal of providing superior surveying services to meet client needs.  He is a Past President of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors and is a three time Distinguished Surveyor Award recipient, and two time Honorable Mention award winner for Surveyor of the Year. He served as an Associate Editor of xyHt magazine, and is currently chair of the Pennsylvania Land Surveyors Foundation.
